If it does, here's the family of terminals available to you.
Lost money already?
If so, stop paying. If not, do not pay a penny more for tanks until you have proved the fuel you are to buy. As long as delivery of the fuel is indefinite, the scammers know they can keep the string of "extension payments" going indefinitely.
Working with a "logistics company"?
Don't.
We have experience with over 100 such companies that our clients have brought to us and every one has been a fake. Some simply had a totally fake address; some gave an address of another business, like an optician or a beauty shop as theirs in Rotterdam. Just today, our Russian-speaking associate called the "logistics guy" on the TSR. Guy's name was Alexei. The guy did not understand Russian. Alexei asked our associate to speak to the senior logistics officer, a lady. But the "lady" turned out to be the same guy using a voice processor that kept cutting in and out. They just don't quit. You want a TSR issued not by a logistics company but by a tank farm itself. That's what we do.
Did the "Seller" refer you to the "logistics company?
Run from the transaction now. Everything above applies here. These are coordinated scams based on insider information. In fact, we are more and more alarmed at the number of fake deals based on real tanks, real tank numbers, even real product in storage that are not real offers. Even if the owners of the product are real, the offer can come from a fake entity "spoofing" the real owner. We suss that out for you.
Can't get into legit tank farms?
Unless you have cubic millions of dollars, impeccable credit, three to five years of successful trades and six months to a year to wait, you probably never will succeed. Your only hope is to find a sub-lessor who will not scam you. But since most reputable terminals are completely subscribed by legitimate, active entities like majors, industrial users and top tier traders, your hopes of scoring a sub are very low. Stop your search. Call us.

We have accounts for tank availability on 24 hour notice at many tank farms in Rotterdam and Houston, like the ones above. But we NEVER issue TSAs. We never release our contract with a terminal, our TSA, and our TSRs are issued by the terminal only AFTER we verify your product. No third party.
Under our terminals' protocols, we must have "standing" in product we bring to the farm for storage. That does not mean that we have to own your product. What it does mean is that in order to engage the terminal in a rental on our account, we have to show that we have verified that the documents are real and that the physical product exists where the documents say it does.
We need you to sign and invoice, pre-pay our Pre-V fee (see verifications page here), then supply the as many of the following documents as you can for us to verify:
For product in tank
For product in vessel
If your product passes Pre-verification we can approach our terminal to arrange your tanks. We will invoice you and you will pre-pay and receive your TSR from the terminal, not from us. Mega Source Trading, Inc. will be named at the top of the TSR and your company name(s) will be on the "Subject" line, since the account is in our name and the account holder name goes on top. After you receive your TSR our terminal will facilitate injections and tank management. Your TSR with a title and full inspection report is sufficient to satisfy prospective buyers.
